What We've Learned From Sex and the City

Hello Chicas!

Today on the blog we are diving deep into the quotes we took to the heart from the Sex And The City Girl Squad!

First one is of course from Carrie Bradshaw.
“I’m not afraid of heights, have you seen my shoes!”
What does this quote mean to us? We taken this quote to be that no matter what, you can always take on the world standing up high and tall, and in style!

Serving one is from Miranda and I think we can all somehow relate to it.
“I want to enjoy my success and not have to apologize for it.”
As women we are often guilt tripped for working too much and not spending time with our kids or family and if we aren’t working, we’re guilt tripped for not doing more for our families. It suck’s! We want you to know that regardless of what you do, enjoy your victories, celebrate the small milestones, the big wins, and do it disregarding everyone else’s opinions because THEY DON’T MATTER! If you are a stay at home mom, enjoy your success! Your raising a human being and teaching them amazing things, that’s something very BIG if you ask me! If you are a working mom or a college student, or entrepreneur, enjoy your success because you are out there hustling! You go girl!

Coming in third is the one by our favorite friend who’s truly a gem, Charlotte!
“I’m pretty and I’m smart. I’m a catch!”
We are all beautiful and unique individuals and we need to own it! Own who you are, love yourself as you are, and don’t ever let anyone make you feel less because darling, your are a freaking GEM!

Our last one is by Samantha and one of our favorites because it teaches us that we can be fabulous and stylish regardless of our age!
“I’m fifty fu**ing two and I will rock this dress!”
You go girl! Never let your age, people’s opinions about you or your body stop you from loving your best dressed life! You can rock anything you desire!

Well ladies, these are some of the quotes from Sex and the City That have touched our hearts. Let us know in the comments what you take from each quote! We’d love to know!

Until next time!
