Shipping And Returns
We love our Empowered Chics and want nothing more than to make your mailing experience with us a great one! So, to ensure your items get delivered in a timely manner, please be sure to provide all the information pertaining to your address including space number, apartment number, commas, periods, etc. Be sure to double check the address information at checkout.
If their was a typo on your address, and you have already checked out, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to make the change, but if for whatever circumstance we are unable to do so, we are not responsible for the error.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, you will need to contact your local post office, and resolve the issue. Once we ship the packet, and it is delivered, Empowered Chic is no longer responsible for any packages that are indicated to have been delivered already.
Once your payment is received and confirmed, it may take up to 1 day for your order to be processed. After it has been mailed, it may take up to 2-3 business days for you to receive your package. This does not include weekends and holidays. If your tracking number states delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office to resolve the matter. We do not offer refunds on packages that state they have been delivered.
Do you need your items ASAP? If you are local to Inland Empire and would like to see if you qualify to have your items delivered to you, please email us at email@example.com. If you qualify to have your items delivered to you, we will do our best to deliver them as soon as possible.
Your product satisfaction is our priority so if you do not like an item and would like to exchange the size or just the item in general, you have 14 days to return the item from the date it was delivered to you. You can receive store credit or exchange the item only. We do not currently offer money back. If it has been past the 14 days that your item was delivered, we will not be able to exchange your items.
All returned items must be returned with the tags. The items will be subject to inspection when we receive them and we will not accept any returns with stains, rips, or signs of use. We love to provide our customers with quality products and expect to receive the same item in the condition it left our facility.
Your exchange will only be considered complete with the proof of purchase/receipt. All exchanges requiring shipping will be at customers expense for both ways to and from the facility. Please note that all exchanges are final sale.

To return your product, please mail it to the below address. Please also be sure to include your proof of purchase. If and when you are returning an item, please be sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us you will be returning your items. Please let us know in the email what items from your order you will be returning as well as the items you would like in exchange. It is important to note that if you are returning an order over $50, you should consider mailing it with a tracking number and shipping insurance.
